February 16, 2017  Acupuncture Board announces new regulations

 

The California Acupuncture Board sent out letters dated February 2, 2017, summarizing enactment of new regulations.  New signage in acupuncture offices, new reporting requirements, and other changes are detailed in their letter, which you can read HERE.

 

Effective October 1, 2016, acupuncturists in California must display a Notice to Consumers that the Acupuncturists are licensed and regulated by the California Acupuncture Board, using specific wording and font size. CAA has one you can use here
